We have a strict no refund no return policy. Our products are custom made to order, so it is valueless to other customers. We also don’t accept cancellations, or exchanges once orders are placed. We do not take responsibility for how the final artwork turns out on the finished product. We do our best to recreate the design created on our platform but variations in the final printing do exist. We protect ourselves from customers who over-reach and try to get free products. Please be sure to check that your design, size, shipping address, and phone number are correct prior to completing your purchase. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us.
